All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preferences, or slight variations in color, scent, or texture.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the product and packaging along with your order number to support@ekaboutique.shop. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
Missing Orders
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Please do not send any products back to us unless we have instructed you to do so after a damage claim.
Local Delivery Issues
For orders delivered within Manhattan, please be available at the agreed delivery time. If you miss the delivery and do not respond within 24 hours, your order will be considered fulfilled.
